About the Author
Arthur C. Morgan is the “Spycraft Merchant,” he owned and operated Surveillance Equipment Group Inc. (S.E.G. Inc.) for over twenty-eight years functioning as a government international security contractor and private investigator with expertise in technical surveillance and countermeasures (T.S.C.M.). He has a unique background, born in Juneau, Alaska and lived in south-east Asia in the Pre-Vietnam war era and became a world jet-setter before he was twelve years old due to his father’s career as a hydroelectric engineer and foreign service operative. He experienced a troubled childhood and in his adolescence he became involved in drugs which led him into a life of vice with organized crime as a young adult. After a period of incarceration, he returned to society to become one of the most accomplished, but unrecognized international security professionals and private investigators of his time. He traveled extensively throughout the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, Central and South America and studied foreign culture and religion most of his adult life. He shares his knowledge of history, world travel, politics, security technology, while documenting his many life challenging adventures.
Mr. Morgan holds a Master of Science Degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and specializes in the research of confirmation bias and antisocial personality disorders and is a strong advocate for criminal justice reform.
